These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Is It On, an app developed by AppTapTap ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using Is It On, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Is It On on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard end-user license terms.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
Is It On does not require an account. Your tracked-show list is associated with an anonymous device identifier, as described in our Privacy Policy, rather than with your identity.
Is It On offers an optional one-time "Unlimited" purchase, sold and processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never receive or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
Show, episode, and schedule information and poster artwork are provided by TVmaze under CC BY-SA 4.0. Where-to-watch and ratings information is provided by Watchmode and JustWatch. We do not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this third-party data, and availability information may not reflect what is actually offered by a given streaming service at any given time.
Is It On is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppTapTap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Is It On.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
