These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lineup, an app developed by AppTapTap ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using Lineup, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lineup on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard end-user license terms.
You agree not to: impersonate another person; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; upload unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit content; scrape or reverse-engineer the app or its data; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the friend-finding or messaging features to stalk or track someone without consent.
Your profile details, bio, avatar photo, and ratings ("your content") remain yours. By posting content, you grant us a license to store and display it within the app to you and, where the feature is designed to do so (such as your activity feed or profile), to your friends. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
Friend codes, the activity feed, and the on-site friend-finder feature are provided for social use at events. The friend-finder works peer-to-peer between nearby devices; use it responsibly and only with people who've agreed to be found.
Lineup displays festival, artist, and schedule information sourced from Wikipedia (available under CC BY-SA), the Ticketmaster Discovery API, Spotify, and Apple Music. Festival, venue, and artist names appear for identification purposes only (nominative use). Lineup is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any festival, promoter, venue, or artist referenced in the app. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.
Lineup offers an optional one-time "Unlimited" purchase, sold and processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never receive or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
You may delete your account at any time in-app via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Lineup is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppTapTap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of Lineup.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
