These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lineup, an app developed by AppTapTap ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using Lineup, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lineup on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard end-user license terms.
Lineup is rated 13+ and is intended for people 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not use Lineup. Friends, crews, and invites are for people 13 and over.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users in Lineup. You agree not to: post or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, including in your display name, username, bio, avatar photo, and crew names; impersonate another person; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; scrape or reverse-engineer the app or its data; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use friends, crews, or invites to stalk or track someone without consent.
You can report a user or a crew name, and block a user, from within the app. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that violates these Terms, and we suspend or remove the accounts of users who abuse Lineup or other people.
Your profile details, bio, avatar photo, crew names, ratings, and plans ("your content") remain yours. By posting content, you grant us a license to store and display it within the app to you and, where the feature is designed to do so (such as your activity feed, profile, or a crew), to your friends and crew members. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
Friend codes, crews, set invites, and the activity feed are provided for social use around festivals. Share your codes only with people you want to connect with, and use these features responsibly.
Lineup displays festival, artist, and schedule information sourced from Wikipedia (available under CC BY-SA), the Ticketmaster Discovery API, Spotify, and Apple Music. Festival, venue, and artist names appear for identification purposes only (nominative use). Lineup is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any festival, promoter, venue, or artist referenced in the app. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.
Lineup is free to download, and your first festival each season is free. Lineup offers an optional "Season Pass" for each festival season (for example, the "2027 Season Pass") as a one-time in-app purchase that lets you follow any number of festivals in that season. You pay once and it is yours to keep. It is sold and processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system, and we never receive or store your payment details. You can restore a Season Pass you already bought from the purchase screen or from Settings → Season Pass → Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can use Lineup without an account. If you have one, you may delete it at any time in-app: tap your name at the top of Settings, then choose Account & Sync → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Lineup is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppTapTap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of Lineup.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
